Q: Why does my perfume smell different than the last bottle?
A: Fragrances can vary slightly due to "maceration" (the aging process of the juice) or reformulations by the manufacturer. If your bottle is brand new, sometimes a few sprays are needed to clear the atomizer and reveal the true scent.
Q: How should I store my perfume?
A: To keep your scent fresh, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity (avoid keeping them in the bathroom!).
Q: Do you offer samples?
A: We highly recommend purchasing our 2ml or 5ml decants/samples if you are unsure about a scent, as we cannot accept returns on opened full-sized bottles.
